Change Partners Latvia approached WIT Berry with the goal of creating a full-scale communication strategy for their leadership-focused event, held on June 5, 2025. Our task was to take full ownership of all communication efforts — from concept to execution. This included strategic planning, messaging, digital presence, creative engagement tactics, and all materials related to the event. More than just filling seats, our mission was to ensure the event served as a broader platform for increasing awareness about the company’s services and their impact on organizational growth.

What did WIT Berry team do?

WIT Berry’s team planned and organised all the activities, presentation materials, website landing page, social media communication, e-mail campaign etc. 

The Challenge

The challenge was planning a seamless communication journey that would not only attract the right audience but also engage them before, during and after the event. We had to develop a full communication ecosystem — including a dedicated event landing page, a social media content plan, an email campaign with multiple touchpoints, and meaningful audience interactions. In addition, we were responsible for creating unique elements such as lead magnets, reminder systems, and activities designed to keep participants informed and excited throughout the experience. Every detail had to be intentional, professional, and aligned with the client's goals.

The Outcome

The campaign delivered outstanding results. The event reached full capacity, and attendee feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Importantly, the communication efforts extended beyond just promoting the event — they helped potential clients understand the long-term value Change Partners Latvia offers through their services. By positioning the event as part of a broader narrative around leadership development, we helped the client elevate their brand, attract meaningful connections, and open the door to future collaboration opportunities.

Action plan

Our team developed a clear, actionable communication strategy that served as the foundation for all campaign efforts. This strategy outlined what needed to be done, when and where it would take place, how it would be executed, and why each action mattered. We created an internal plan for the team to follow and a public rollout plan that detailed the timeline and content flow. Every aspect of the campaign was guided by this framework, ensuring consistency and coordination across all activities.

Website

We designed and built a dedicated event landing page that functioned as the central hub for all event information. It included a clear and engaging agenda, in-depth speaker bios, compelling reasons to attend, and insights into Change Partners Latvia’s leadership pipeline. The page also featured testimonials, quotes, and practical details — all presented in a way that informed and inspired potential participants to register and engage with the brand.

Social media

To build anticipation and extend the event’s reach, we launched a dynamic social media campaign across relevant platforms. The campaign featured a blend of videos, visuals, and written content that highlighted the event details, introduced the speakers, and showcased the company’s expertise. Rather than focusing solely on the event, the campaign was designed to communicate the broader value of Change Partners Latvia’s services — strengthening their positioning as thought leaders in their field.

E-mail campaign

We executed a multi-phase email campaign that guided potential participants through every stage of their journey. Starting with invitation emails, we moved through confirmation and reminder messages, all the way to thank-you and follow-up emails after the event. Each email was carefully crafted to inform, engage, and convert recipients — ensuring a smooth and engaging experience that extended well beyond a single interaction.

Magnet: Mini-Audit

To attract more interest and create early engagement, we introduced a value-driven lead magnet in the form of a “Mini-Audit.” This interactive element encouraged potential clients to assess their current situation and consider how Change Partners Latvia could support their development. It served as both a practical resource and a conversation starter, helping the company connect with new leads in a meaningful way.

Additional materials

Beyond digital communications, we created a complete suite of branded materials to support the event. These included professional presentation templates, participant badge designs, a functioning subscription and sign-up system, and downloadable PDF guides with useful content. All designs were aligned with the company’s visual identity, ensuring a polished and professional experience from start to finish.
